This Wooden Cocktail Smoker is hand turned from a solid piece of white oak that sits comfortably on your cocktail glass, snifter or specially designed cloche. Flavored natural smoking fuel is added to the Toddy's Smoker and burnt with a torch, creating a cascading waterfall of culinary smoke while enhancing the flavor of your food and spirits. How to use it?

• Load a small amount of flavoured wood chips into stainless steel mesh guard just enough to cover the screen.
• Place the Toddy's cocktail smoker on top of the glass of your choosing.
• Hold the torch lighter 5 inches from the top and direct the flame down through the chimney. Slowly lower the torch to 2-3 inches from the top.
• If the flame pushes the chips out of the chimney, adjust the torch to a lower setting. If it is taking longer than 5 seconds to fill with smoke, adjust the torch to a higher setting.
• After desired smokiness is achieved, remove and enjoy!
